Dry Vac truck  2 man crew                   $205/hr *4 hr. min & $265/hr after 8 hrs

Transfer dump truck                                    $130/hr *4 hr,

Asphalt Milling - East Valley locations $500 Mob & 1st hr then $250/hr *2hr min

Asphalt Milling - West Valley locations $750 Mob & 1st hr then $250/hr *2hr min

Traffic Control Cost plus 15% 

Cones left on hole                               $40 each-no returns
